In darkness,

In light

Lives a shadow

In the day,

In the night,

In a little forest,

Somewhere,

Someplace

Lives a shadow

A shadow of my former self,

Full of might,

Little off sight

Sometimes it comes

In sight

Lonely

And angry

And lost

A little sigh

From You

A little look

Is all it takes

To send it back

Diminished

Yet it will come back

And keep on coming back

Returning

Diminishing

Till it is no more

If not for your silent glances

A shadow

Would I have remained
