Seven Thorns in the Soul

The seven deadly sins

The worst to ever exist

Linked to each other

Hurting all others

I’m talking about

Desiring everything when you already have enough

Wanting materials when all you need is love

Or the fact that you only like people for sexual needs

How can you be so wrong to only want people to feel?

Maybe it’s wrong that you irrationally believe

That you're the best and no one can compete

Really, all you want is to be complete

Wanting everything from others even when you're enough as it is

Because you think you're insufficient

And need true love's kiss

When really you are the one to miss

Maybe its

Using something so much your whole turns to waste

Why end your life in such a haste

Or giving people so much pain they hate themselves to the core

Hurting people so much they become sore

When all you want is to be adored

Maybe its failing at what what you did best

Numb to everything because of the burnout you have faced

You might think these are different

But really, they are all the same

They hurt and all you need to realize

Is love is in you and not someone else
