Scratched Soul

While he scratched the truth apart,

Of the thin inner layers of my heart,

Which once covered up my blues,

He could not trust, but be doubtful,

Knowing my past was difficult,

He carelessly jumped in,

Made me uncomfortably sick,

Maybe his misogyny made him do,

The love & care I once had,

Was daily getting bruised,

& kept getting thinner,

While he on the other hand

Didn’t stop this emotional abuse,

Scars remains unseen though,

Finally unfiltered past truths,

He saw a girl ripped out through,

Within a sec he chose to leave,

Making myself again, feel used,

A day like this would come,

I really had no clue,

Now that my happy days

Are countered few,

It’s been few months & weeks,

Yet I’m scared of starting new.
