In the book Rich Dad and Poor Dad, the author Robert Kiyosaki states that the human race is only driven by two factors, greed and fear. Whether we may agree with it or not but every common human being has his/her own expectations from life. We may not call ourselves greedy but we are somewhat very much interdependent animals. That's what makes us expect at least few things from our life.
In this process of life, most commonly everyone wants to have certain level of authority over a person, over a group of people or over anything he/she hoping to do.
But according to me what we usually forget is that the authority which we are commanding or demanding comes with Responsibility from which each and everyone of us try to run away. If we see the history of any person who had the courage and strength to take responsibility had come out of what we call now as "Matrix" and been torch bearer to the next generation.
After hearing all these kinds of stories, we all want to jump out in the field and be a part of this great league. But what drives us back from participating or trying a hand in this is our hesitant behaviour and fear, to be more specific and precise with this we are feared of whole process in our imagination and we are very much hesitant to take our first step to get into action. I too felt the same emotions, but if we once get out of that, cocoon gets started. Once we keep our first step forward, automatically the hesitation of being inferior gets out of us and once we start, the fear we had in our imagination fades away slowly. And we start to concentrate on our next step.
And once we are out of fear, we will definitely start to enjoy the process and fall in love with what we do. M.S Dhoni, one of the best leaders, says that once you start enjoying the process everything will fall in place and feels satisfied.
All fears in our hearts about the results are just in our imagination and I am not saying that we are not going to fail but we will be always with that positive mindset which makes us handle all this gracefully. It's always just that one step towards being more responsible what makes us excel at the things we do and be a nicer person every other day.
