Ardent they are, will continue to be,

even when your inebriated mind is at sea.

Lucky you are to be protected in their convoy,

Albeit your efforts to see you destroy.

Cheat them not is all I say,

Keep them in your thoughts all night and day.

Regardless of the past, they embraced it unfeigned.

The future looks bright, don’t feel disdained.

You are not alone thankfully,

Anchored by friends and family.
