Purple

Updated: Aug 30

By Khushi Arora

Do we ever move

adjacent to our past

or does it

walk parallelly,

haunting us with dark shadows,

still making us frightened

of our decisions of today.

Yesterday I was blue.

Today I feel red

but people perceive me

as purple.
