Psalm of a healing calm

A midnight session deep within her factory working ovetime…

She snaps her fingers, a job well done!

Staring deep in her eyes telling her that…

She wears a smile that carries my generations to come.

See…her beautiful eyes tell tales of stories…my heart beholds.

Her warmth an expensive blanket only I can embrace.

Scented with love so rich it reaches beyond my fifth sense.

I have a sixth sense that best manifests whenever I’m with her.

Her skin so soft my future dreams lie awake on her.

Hope is entangled; failure is shamed.

Her laughter is scripture so pure it heals my soul.

A hymn unwritten yet it endures…each note a prayer.

Soft and kind…

Her face the verse,

Her eyes the Psalm,

Her voice the palm of a healing calm.
