Princess Or The Queen?

By Khushi Chaudhary

Centuries passed with similar mindsets

Still lost in biased haze,

Already heard it for decades

Still the same phrase,

"It's not your kingdom your prince would come

Because it's not the castle where princess stays."

A tiny smile over your face

Those dark glossy hair,

Who wonders about the pain of vagina?

Nobody actually dare.

A man to hold your hand

Have rights to take you out

You should

Wait...

You must blush over his thoughts,

Dreams settled in the farthest corner about.

Deep eyes, dark brows

Rosy plumpy lips,

Your waist figured as an hourglass

Voice in which soothness drips.

Menstruation - The biggest curse

Sophistication in not laughing so loud,

Your pants are stained

Shhh...

Hide it, we are in a crowd.

Each moment of harsh and cries

Pours and dries,

Weaves her pride's string

She still has no worth,

Finger must have a man's ring.

I'm done,

Done with the judgemental scope

Let me define the girls,

Need not to be a princess

Let the queen wear her crown of pearls.

Messy hairs,

Bushes under pits

Soft garden sprouted over skin,

Bleeding is her pride.

Don't you dare to utter "sin".

When she walks with boldness

Whole cosmos surrender

Ain't afraid of the strangers,

She is the queen of her empire

Passes each moment playing with dangers.

Fairy tales sounds pretty

Where the gals are sweet and kind,

But trust me

They look much better with swords and courageous mind.

Let it be

Let it shine

Never push your worth in a trap,

It's your call

Let all your flaws unwrap.

A girl so dazzling

A girl so kind

Try as hard you want, you can never frame her mind.

No need to be a princess

It suits only as a dream,

Darling...

You are nurtured by fire

It's better to be a QUEEN!
