Precious Darling Dove

Just when the aura was dull and sad,

Making me ponder, tensed and go mad

A whisper in my ear, a knock at my heart,

Cute smile and cheer tickled me like a dart

I could not understand what was going on,

Which refreshed me like the fresh grass in the lawn.

It soothed my soul and filled me with hopes

Letting me forget the bounding shackles and ropes.

My heart skipped a beat but danced with joy

When I realised that soon I will have a beautiful toy

Inside you started blooming with care and love,

We jumped in happiness thinking of you, O precious dove.

You make us complete and add essence to our lives

We are eager to welcome you into our little hive.

You must know, how special, to us, you are.

Come soon as it’s our time to meet,

Bridging the long gap for which we have remained far.
