1. Poem For Class Reunion

Going to school was so much fun

Play in the rain dry in the sun

With great teachers who spend their lives Help us be good husbands and wives

Sitting exams was quite a task

School then was but only the start

Bravely we started our journey

In life like bees seeking honey

Now fifty four years down the road Laugh and share stories to unload

With bigger girths and silver hair

For some a challenge to be there

When such schoolmates come together So keen to meet one another

They sms, email and tweet

Which help keep old memories sweet

Covid may restrict our travels

Almost two years now we suffer

Through our Zoom reunion today

Distance & time solved no delay

Let us rejoice in such delight

Oblivious to things out of sight

Richer by the bonds of friendship

While we nurture our own kinships
