Back against yours,

My hand in your hair.

Faded at night,

Conversations till morning comes.

Amethyst stone,

Proudly sits on my bedside.

Don’t know where we belong,

Perhaps between each other’s eyes.

‘Cause you are my home,

I’m writing this love song.

You are my home,

Here is where we belong.

I’m reading these chapters,

Continuously writing till dawn comes.

Your scent lingers

Like an earworm playing that night;

“Me and you went to hell n back,”

I’m not afraid to be alone,

But,

Time is a running track.

Guess it’s good,

‘Cause our hearts are still intact.

You were my home,

I’m writing this long song.

You were my home,

There was where we belonged.
