Pink Ethereal

The sun is going home

I wish it never returns

Or stay still looking so ancient

Just to savour the magnificent

White wild pigeons circling

Creating the binary palm tree a ceiling

The closer, the higher

The farther, the lower;

They flew

in such harmony making me ineffable

The spur of youth in an angelic black pup

Playful and proud, flaring up

At a large terrific stray dog

Looked just like mine, keeping his cool

Passers-by giving me an odd eye

While I debate with the sky

I could feel my fondness of dark darkling

As the pink ethereal takes me over
