Piercing Pain

Can I cry tears of blood

Of the shade of fire that burns

Within my heart

When with her, I see you talk

It's a brick that tears apart my soul

The same brick with which I thought

For us I'd build a home

Shattered glass that shines

Splits my face a million times

Cuts me with every piece

Every word deep in me a disease

Infecting every inch of me

Another rock in the ocean

Another mark on the bark

Lost in the infinite burns of the past

Every shoal still glows raw and red

Every now and then in the current of waters

That move this boat of a body till the last breath
