Paralysis

An unfathomable hunger consumed me, gnawing my senses. Staggering, I slowly neared the dingy, ill-lit roadside corner. My bleeding heart couldn’t tolerate any more. A severe nauseatic feeling coursed through my veins, paralysing me completely. The anguish was too much to bear.
