It is quite normal for human beings to react to things they see and experience. This will be good only when that behavior goes hand in hand with nature. But today, we have come a long way from nature. Though that behavior of humans to react to things is normal, it is not appreciable especially when it disrupts the natural environment.
When humans started narrowing their visions, they were not well aware of the results it is about to bring. And of course yes each and every act of an individual seems to be right in his own perception. And yes it is right as long as we are not considering the consequences part. Not to mention, a single act will affect a few more other actions and activities forming a chain of reactions. This particularly is the cause for all the sufferings that we are witnessing right now in front of our own eyes.
Enough of movements and campaigns have been organized in the view of same. But is it really possible for an individual to change and make the earth a desirable place overnight? Isn't it a task of all to move and in turn make the society move as a whole? But these talks will just be mere talks unless people choose to widen their narrowed minds.
We're in the society where people think living alone is a great achievement. But in reality there is interference of society in each and every minute act we do. Without the interference of society there will be no chance for a good living.
WE CALL IT CONSERVATION:
We're well aware and proudly say that every single thing we use in our day to day life is provided and powered by nature. But do we really realize what does that really mean? Worse than that, in the name of conservation, we're altering the nature of the nature itself. For instance, in the name of conserving soil, we use many synthetic chemicals which affect the small living creatures in soil and in turn the birds which solely depend on those tiny insects get affected. This is more of an affecting chain but we call it as conservation out of no guilt.
The nature has its own beautiful thing of conserving itself. Not only it can conserve itself, at times of destruction it can even restore itself within a pointed time. As the old saying goes, at times restraining from disruptions is indeed a great help. So the only help that we can do to support this is not making any further disruptions in the name of conservation.
WE CALL IT AWARENESS:
As for as the removal of waste is concerned we humans do really believe that "one that is out of sight is forever gone". And we really do the same. To point out, we get rid of plastics by throwing it in water bodies and burying it deep down the soil when we are well aware of the fact that it will cause damages for marine lives. For sure the plastics are gone out of our sight. But are they really out from our daily lives and mother earth? Is it right to say the world is black when we only shut our eyes from the view? And again without any guilt we call it awareness.
CONCLUSION:
We cannot say that these are all the problems that we are facing today. But all the sufferings that we are witnessing today is centered around the issues stated above. And yes reacting is human nature but the problem here is that they react only to what concerns them immediately and affects their individual life in a short scale thinking that "I'm me and mine is mine". But is it not foolish to ignore something that is about to have a direct impact to their living on earth saying "That is none of my business" ? People carry out an attitude which literally translates to "I don't care about what happens in the society until and unless it is closely associated with my daily routine". And the idea has become even more fashionable now. Man is only concerned about things that are within his 120 degrees eyesight. Wake up man. The world is round and everything here is a chain. What you affect will affect you.
