Our Time

We know we have arrived at the end of our line

When truth in our lies is our only pride

When a tyrant's words are chanted and deemed as dignified

When the world around us has been coloured and even the dead are forced to choose a side

When freedom and hope are dreams which are openly crucified

When testaments of past are publicly falsified

When speaking truth comes at a horrific price

It is then accepted that we have reached our end of line

But fear not oh men, Sfor it is then a mob will rise

Drunk on the wine made from the Dandi brine

Those men will point all their lies

The shame they brought on our saffron dye

How the colours of our pride were turned

against us, how they used them to hide their monstrous crime.

The world will see as we will mark our new shrine

One which will be built upon the land

of unity by those that are now caged and falsely criminalized
