Our End Was Like

Our end was like burning the incense sticks..

The fragrance that enthralled

And scintillated our senses,

Turned into ashes

And blew away without any traces..

Now I’ve evolved

From the memory of those ashes

I no longer wish to cherish..

For I have lost myself

Trying to find traces of my affection

running in their veins.
