Broken bottles, pieces of shattered glass, Concrete spilling on soothing wet grass. Marine life fated towards a slow, terrible end, What have we done with our sadistic need to expend? The beauty of nature, we wish to see, From tiny insect to the most ancient tree! However, bowing to our endless greed, On mother Earth, we tend to cheat. Is it essential to have that designer shed? What do you imagine our planet would be like? When all of our wildlife is dead?

This planet is one of a kind, Another like this hard to find. Our future doesn’t have to be bleak, Love and selflessness is all we seek. If we use our resources recklessly, Our planet will destroy. On a perfect time and measure, With a face of golden pleasure It will elegantly destroy! Spring itself, When she will wake at dawn; Would scarcely know that we are gone! It's time to rouse and see Mother Earth’s pain, Humanity’s desires have become insane. Soon her loud cries will turn into gloom, And that is the day, mankind will cause its own doom.
