Opera Of The Monsoon

Oh! Look what a charming night has arrived, The sun is gone, moon is hidden behind the skies, All you can hear is the pitter-patter from miles, Once again the droplets of rain have implied. All the sorrow and pain it brings. After all even the god is alone, Crying the tears that drain upon rings, rings of prosperity and love, Something that lifts the wings of dove!

It’s like music to my heartbeat, Every verse contains the droplets of melody, Once again the puddles are filled with joy, Like a child playing with his toy.

Oh! Dear rain, Why do you bring us happiness and gains, While you flare with agony that strains.
