Made of straw.

A headless hunt

A play to the death

A fight for a head just out of reach

Further and further away

Always almost at your fingertips.

Blackbirds in the sky

Flying circles – around and around

Watching with eyes of razor

Waiting for an interlude.

Books run out of pages

Stories inevitably come to an end

But this is life.
