Mini TV Series: One Thousand And One Nights: A Spiritual Transformative Journey of Two Soulmates Who Unite in True Love:

This movie is an example of the hurdles and lessons on the transformative path for two soulmates which is necessary to grow into their best versions(Divine Masculine/Divine Feminine) and finally they unite in the power of true love despite all odds. This proves that love is connected to and felt from the heart and not the mind or personality. The story outline in brief is shown below:

  • The regal, independent, rule-breaker and free-spirited Princess Sherzad of Baghdad who lacks compassion, decides to remain single and explore her freedom and studies. Destiny introduces her to protective counterpart masculine Aladdin who is a poor and compassionate shoemaker.

  • Their first kiss on the rooftop during a festival, opens a window of true love. On receiving the pressure from father and step-mother, Sherzad agrees to get married and her step-mother conducts an event by inviting Princes from other countries. Aladdin too visits the event but lies about his identity of being a Prince and proposes The Princess. When Sherzad discovers his truth, she insults him for his lack of self worth for being a shoemaker. This kickstarts their separation as the poor masculine is not confident of himself.

  • They both go into their separate transformation phase of life with trials and tribulations.

  • Masculine thinks having more money will make him worthy of having The Princess in his life. So he leaves his family on his journey to become a Prince.

  • The Princess loses her family, kingdom as a consequence of her step-mother’s deception and unfaithfulness to husband. After escaping from her father’s kingdom she joins a set of workers where she gets mistreated and learns tough survival skills. This experience teaches her humility, love and compassion and she regains her self confidence after achieving a goal. She bids goodbye to her friends she made along the way and searches for Aladdin’s family where she waits for his return. Her personality has totally changed from Yang to Yin and she is a normal woman pursuing the shoemaking work of Aladdin. Aladdin’s family initially express their disappointment to her for making their son leave the house. They later accept her into their family out of compassion and teach her their shoe making occupation.

  • While Aladdin is in his pursuit to become a Prince, he rejects a witch’s love, causes her downfall, breaks her castle and releases her prisoners. This helps him gain a mentor who in turn, directs him to find The Lamp. He helps the people in the village to find a water well using The Lamp. Aladdin gets nominated to be The Prince of The Castle of The Lamp who takes care of the people in the village. The love that is felt by Aladdin and Sherzad in their hearts is what keeps them connected during their separation and growth phase. Aladdin’s friend teaches him that he needs to accept himself and expect The Princess to like him as is and not for his money/status. Aladdin goes in search of his family to his hometown only to discover that they moved on to a different location fearing death from Sherzad’s step-mother.

  • The destiny brings the feminine and the masculine together at this point through a chance encounter. Upon hearing the news about new Prince, Sherzad plans to contact The Prince to sell him a new pair of shoes she has made. They recognise each other, the tables are turned now and The Princess is totally transformed and looks like a simple shoemaker whereas Aladdin is now The Prince. They have their second kiss, the reunion is sweet and passionate. Aladdin reunites with his lost family with the help of Sherzad.

  • Their second round of separation kickstarts as Aladdin returns to his Castle of The Lamp and Sherzad also needs to rise again from being a normal woman to her regal self by incorporating the wisdom learnt.

  • During this process Aladdin becomes a victim of witch’s magic and loses his memory. The magic makes him averse to people. He lives in an isolated palace and executes everyone who tries to reach out to him.

  • The feminine starts her journey again to find Aladdin. As Aladdin is under memory loss and thinks of himself as heartless strict Prince, he tries to kill The Princess. She uses her previous experience of smart story narration and makes a deal to narrate their past as a night story to him for thousand nights. Every night she keeps him curious to know the next part of the story so he doesn't execute her.

  • This narration doesn't help him recall his memory but during this time he falls in love again with The Princess and reveals about it to her on the thousandth night. Aladdin lights one thousand candles on thousandth night. This indicates the breaking of witch’s curse. Coincidentally, they happen to show up in their white wedding costume designed long ago before their first separation. Now he doesn’t lack self worth as in the beginning. He is in his new best version, The Strong and Confident Prince and is now The Divine Masculine. The Princess was broken and rebuilt her new version with grace, confidence and wisdom, she is now The Divine Feminine who never gave up on her journey of growth. Their true love begins and they live happily ever after. This concludes the story of TV series: “One Thousand And One Nights”.

It is said that when people do inner work on inner masculine and inner feminine [Ida and Pingala] to clear wounds and heal, transmute mental patterns into love and find a middle path/balance, internal union between Shakthi and Shiva is achieved. This makes one Divine Masculine/Divine Feminine, a high vibrational human being ready to unite in true love.
