You smoke my love

Inhaling deeply and before i can get a chance to inhale yours

you're gone.

so now i am here , alone

loving myself less and less cause you take most of all i have.

Once again I am running on empty.

Hollow like a shell

that is until you're back at my door wanting another pull of me.

I can't keep opening the door for you, my love.

This constant game of tug of war

is what i longed for

if it meant you would look at me

love me

But every time you won

you no longer needed me.

Dropping the rope and walking away

Without a second thought

Im slowly forgetting your face

But maybe it's better that way.
