They’re breathing because of your smile…
Like they can’t bear the weight of their heart without your eyes…
Like they’re praying for you to be their light…
Like they’re slowly dying without your presence in their life…
Like they’re ready to start a fight
With your problems and anything that makes you cry…
Like they’re opening their arms so you can safely dive…
Like they’re trying their hardest just to make you feel alright…
Oh, to be loved like that.
