O Life! I Begin Again..

I lost all bets,those passionately made..

I lost those lovely cushions of care..

But i won those lessons..all hard earned!

O Life! I begin again...

Battered with the blows of love and trust..

I trudge the hill of hope today...

Ignorant to the calls of the past,

O Life! I begin again..

Those who broke me,broke me in full..

Leaving nothing,no stone unturned..

And yet i push my wreck across..

O Life! I begin again...

As undeterred hope rushes towards my soul..

And unceasingly i put my efforts forth...

And down again i risk it all,

O Life! I begin again..

When all is gone, your all is ‘you’..

Let not this treasure go..

Because the ‘you’ never fails as it says,

O Life! I begin again..

To know a loss and live it too..

Is a precious gift of transient time...

O Time, its time to bless me with love,

O Life! I begin again...
