Now is the time

You use plastic cups because you fear breaking a glass.

You listen to audios because you fear reading a book.

You just dip your feet because you fear drowning in the pool.

You get anxious during the still weather because you like rain and fear the start of May.

Now is the time

Go ahead, hold that glass in the air and drink with the mass.

Go ahead, crack open that book and look.

Go ahead, jump in that pool and let the water make you cool.

Go ahead, go outside and enjoy as the skies clear in the day.

Now is the time

Surpass all your fears and face the music.

Cook all grandma’s recipes.

Shut out all the negative energies and people.

Say all the things you’ve always wanted to vent.

Now, now, now is the time.
