south-north

night is completing

cyclosis

I lost my head

I broke

every law

dictated by God

to Moses

I don’t exist

just a little speck

only my eyes - torches

I see -

breathing and palpitating

hollow of your neck -

delicate butterfly

on the tropical orchid

Resting cypress

fastigiate and tall

with the dark

and glossy foliage

I see

in the dusk -

shadows crawl -

sneaks in

ipotoea quamoclit*

to forage...

*a creeping plant of the bindweed family
