Nature’s Bliss

I see the leaves rustle

The wind whispering in my ear,

The sparkling river

Slithering down the valley

Oh! How blissful it seems

With birds chirping;

And kids chattering.

It makes me young and carefree, To see:

The trees sway and hay shine

The serene nature makes me ponder

The remnants of the past, which

Make me reminisce my beloved ones

The cool breeze sweeps the leaves away

Bringing me back to the present

With hazy thoughts,

While the trees stoop

Lamenting with me

And provide solace in the most forlorn situations.

It all makes sense and serves

Remembrance for those, I have lost

My blues go away and all I’m

Left with, is, exuberant strength

And on it goes till the end

Until all turns to ash.
