नारी

जब पुरुष ने ये कह दिया

कि वो

ताड़न की अधिकारी है

और सबने मान लिया

चुपचाप...

शायद सबसे आसान वही था।

दुनिया कहां से कहां पहुंच गई

सही या गलत दिशा में

ये शायद कोई नहीं जानता

लेकिन

एक बात सभी को पता है

कि

वो तोड़ती पत्थर है आज भी

वो हाशिए पे है आज भी

चीखती, हुंकारती,

बेड़ियां तोड़ने की कोशिश करती

आंसू पोंछकर मुस्कुराती

सब कुछ करती है आज भी।

लकीर के फकीर

बनना छोड़ो

खोलो आँखें

खोलो दिमाग पे पड़े

तालों को

जिसमें जंग लग चुका है

जरा साफ करो

उन जालों को

जिनकी वजह से

तुम्हे न ठीक से दिखता है

और सोचते भी नहीं बनता।

कब तक झुठलाओगे

उसका आस्तित्व

दोगे झूठे दिलासे

दिखाओगे सपने

उस कल के

जो तुमने नहीं देखा

और मैं जानता हूं

तुम चाहते भी नहीं

कि वो कभी आए।

आधुनिकता के

तुम्हारे झंडे के साए में

अब भी सिसक रही है वो

तुम्हारे जुलूसों में

नारों के शोर में

कुछ कहना चाह रही है वो।

शायद तुम्हारे घर की नारी

आजाद है

आजादी है उसे

अपनी मर्जी से कुछ भी

खाने, पहनने और जीने की

मुबारक हो!

लेकिन एक बड़ा तबका

अब भी है इंतजार में...

वो सुबह कभी तो आएगी

माना कि अभी रात भारी है

उसके हक के लिए लड़ते लड़ते

शायद तुम्हारी दुकान चल निकली

और तुम ये भी भूल गए

वो भी तो एक नारी है।
