The fly which comes and wanders around your plate, trying to smell what's in it. you may have seen it flying around the dog's poop, drainages.
In the evening I was having lunch. That day was special so Parathas were on my plate. A fly came near the edge of my plate, instead of making it fly away. I just watched it wait, there in the buzz area of the canteen I felt pity on it .It has a life too ,its tiny heart is beating faster than me. I could sense that it's like, that fly was hesitating to dive in my plate, it was throwing itself back and forth. I felt , it might have judged the other flies, that they make humans fall sick. So should I dive into his plate or not, should I do bad or not. By default of nature it has to survive by doing it, no matter what the cost. Maybe I am thinking too much ,but it's fine for me to think like that.
As we humans also judge others by default. When someone did something wrong. Although at some point we all do bad .And then say “I did it for survival”. Survival means a life and death situation, Animals have to do bad, they have to kill other Animals to live the next day. Humans merely just act as if to survive they do bad.If everyone says I did for survival. Then who is the culprit, we or the flies?
Let me tell you one incident happened to me on the same day. so, this has nothing to do with the fly. My friend has a girlfriend. yeah a real girlfriend, she is senior, 2rd year. while chatting with her on instagram he kept a (.) in the middle of the conversation. Even though I was curious about that. when she asked.
“Why have you kept a "dot" in the middle of the conversation?”.His answer to it really makes me umm.. blushing and at the same time cringe. He said "it's a kala tika for you".
Kala tika reminded me that I was a kid once. kala tika ,when my mom used to put it, when I used to go to school or even while going to functions. Taking that from her eye, put that kala tika with a very care on my face,or even my father used to, when she forgot.
