My Mother...Epitome Of Strength

Was waiting to embrace my destiny

Yet again got caught in the loop

Pulled all the strings I could

Still didn’t get what I should

Empty has become my head

Don’t know what will come ahead

More I try to rerise, more I get immerse

In the swamp of my unlucky tries

Suddenly stuck by the image of my mother

Thought how is she strong, all weather

She a normal person in flesh and blood

Yet beating all the troubles, but for us

How poised has she been with her resolutions

That gave her family these blooming fortunes

A lesson she has become master of,

Not to give up till her resolutions gets past

Why then am I feeling so downcast?

Feeling her blood through my heart

Will rise and get myself unshackle

Of these dark and dispirited manacles

Fate, luck or God need I not

When such warrior mother I got

Feel assured in these tough times

Am with the best person of my life

Her love to me may be her emotion

But her belief in me is pure conviction

Doubt on myself is that cloud

Which is covering my persona behind

I thought,

‘this was the best of mine’

But,

‘’This is not how I define’’
