My moon has two faces, I believe!

Spot I hide in my fist belongs to me

Glow and gleam has fallen in your lap

I swing between ecstasy and despair

With all the feathers in your cap

My moon has two faces, I believe!

With the tiring trail welting my soul

Your glittering glow croon me to calm

I hide the scars of my misfortune

With the pain of holding you in my palm

My moon has two faces, I believe!

The turn of night could not be far

First ray of sun could be mine

The spot in my hand would disappear

You will hide under its sheen and shine

My moon has two faces, I believe!

One dark for me, one bright for you

Till the night ends…
