My Ideal Brother
By Umemah Almas
Who is next to my father
As brave as a fighter,
Who can hold my hand,
He is my brother.
Who has all rights to teach
Guides my path where I want to reach
I cannot admire myself without him;
As no sunset at the beach.
When he leaves me all alone
I hourly miss my twinning stone,
While spending seconds for his return
Quest his smiles in every zone.
The way he holds my hand and walk,
As united moving hands of clock,
His anger that shower love and care
He calmly listens my endless talk.
Whether I am younger or older,
I am for him and he is my shoulder.
He is the one; closest of all,
Ideal aura of my brother.
