My Haven

I can’t speak.

No, I can’t talk.

I just freak,

And away I walk.

But then came you,

With your arms open.

A warmth only in you,

With comfort laden.

In you, I confide.

And in me, you.

With you by my side,

I can be fearlessly true.

You are my haven,

And I love you.

You are God given.

The most they could do.
