My Fault?

Is it my fault; that

Alone I go through my internal strain?

Is it my fault,

That alone I like to endure my pain?

Alone I want to walk to the wonders,

Is it that hard for a girl? I ponder.

Alone I want to be in my life,

Not be in a community like a beehive.

Away from the world's criticism,

In my own comfort zone,

I want my life to reflect like a white light in a prism,

Without being tension, stress, and judgement prone.

Is it that hard for a girl like me,

to be who I want to be?

Is it that hard for a girl like me,

To explore and see what I want to see?
