My Dark Lullaby

The night's so young to fall asleep,

So wake up my love, I'll sing the song,

About the darkness that is wrenching my heart.

The day hurt me teemingly,

And the night was never there to console me.

In the shadow of despair, I walked alone,

Where I felt some cold clumsy darkness all along.

I wished the darkness held my hand,

And walked me through the agony, day imparts.

It did take my hand but pulled me towards its depth,

Next I found myself dwelling in the darkness.

Sadness, Silence, Emptiness- everything begins from the depth.

My life is darker than all your nights,

And I stand amidst darkness all alone.

My eyes shed tears, for my heart turned out gloomy

My hands shaken, for my thoughts seemed broken.

I wailed aloud when the dark demons devoured my soul,

where my mind was impaired with loneliness.

At last, to the endless journey of darkness, I faded away, slowly.
