Mother

By Ibtisam Hussain

The longest relation on this earth

Which starts before you take your birth

She knows you 9 months more than others

She is no other than your mothers

She’s just not a star in your night

But also the most effective guiding light

You never know that she loves you alot

She can even turn every wound of you to clot

She takes your worries, she takes your pains

She is the blood that rushes in your veins.

At the teen we want to move away we want to leave

But later we actually weep

You try to find her traces

We always remember their faces

No luxury can provide the comfort of her lap

No matter where you go or how far you travel the map.

Then you call her and you apologize

And that realization becomes immortalize.
