The might of Zeus,

The fury of Poseidon.

The wrath of Hades,

The rage of Ares.

The bolts of Zeus,

Tore the skies apart.

Oh how he grieved,

To be even seen by the Olympians.

The Trident of Poseidon,

How much he wanted his hand on.

To stir the seas,

To flood the storm of misery.

The wrath of Hades,

Turned the night skies red.

His anger flooded his heart,

Eager to spill his sorrow.

The sword of Ares,

Cuts through the storm and waves.

Oh, he yearned for the will,

To conquer his battles.

But who is he?

A mortal of legs and hands.

A poet of Sparta,

A warrior of Athens.

“I cried to the stars,

To never write again.”

Wanted to be written,

Like he belonged.
