Metanoia

She says she loves the moon ,but hates the night

Because her sadness drowns in the sea of darkness waiting for daylight

She becomes a lost soul in the midst of vigilant for hope

All she wants is a life , where she can call it her own

She says she loves the morning, but hates the sun

Because her weaknesses are exposed by the break of dawn

She is just like any other, tryna get through the day

And all she hopes is for metanoia through her way.
