Me As A New Joiner

Journey of new joiners is full of mixed emotions,

Initial months comes with lot of questions.

it is not easy to be calm when you first join in,

There are lot of processes you have to dig in.

So curious to know and understand everything.

Am I rightly doing this or I missed something.

Should I speak out what I feel...

Or it would be a big deal.

OH, let me just hold

And not be so bold.

So many things run in your mind

And you can feel that grind.

It is 7 months for me in my new job and I too came in with all these fears,

But I am so glad that I found such amazing Peers.

They have stayed strong and always so supportive.

I want to support them in making our team best and that's my only motive.

They challenge each other, Disagree and commit,

But always stand together and that's why the team is a super hit.

So, newbies no need to fear

When these gem team mates are here.

Any problems please share

You will find the team that will always care and be there.
