Me And Her

Rewinding the times, I’d

Get reminded of her.

Remembering the times, she’d

Let my fingers caress over her.

Rejoicing the times, we’d

Shut worries of each other.

It’s my routine.

I don’t know about her.

We stare at each other.

In that stillness. Just me and her.

No one admires me, as much as her.

My eyes don’t sway, never away

In front of her.

Lips are magnets. Poles may differ.

Unlike poles, ours attract each other.

And then came the weather.

Oh, not the rain. But better.

A breeze that blanketed her blush

With her silky black hair, I used to play with.

For her giggles to ring inside forever

And the fragrance I could never forget.

Endlessly. Over and over.

I play those tapes of me and her.
