Mankind

There I see people raising their voices and hands

Then I see people separating their clans

The rest of them are maligned

Henceforth I question the existence of mankind

There I see demolition and felo-de-se

Then I see some horrifying acts beastly

The rest of them take no action and seem to be blind

Henceforth I question the existence of mankind

There I see affection and passion

Then I see compassion

The beneficent souls see hope and their goodness is unconfined

Henceforth I've nothing left to question the existence of mankind
