A poem inspired by Lucas Jones

This is for those who think they won't find another them.

Well that's the point,but you can always love again.

Because it's not all men and women.

Probably the ones in your dms.

Who you always entertain past 12pm.

The ones who find it within them to always pretend.

Hell you can find another ten.

But,damn I know how you feel and fortunately the cycle must end.

Those bad habits don't have to repeat.

Like relying on a relationship to make you feel complete.

Be the one who fills what you need.

And love comes from God so grow that under your feet.

Because not all love cuts that deep.

That missing piece has always been you.

Love is a decision but it starts with you

And that new lover becomes an extension of that.

In this season where the sky is shroud by grey haze,let that moment last.

Your healing doesn't need to be fast.

Let your grief and heartbreak be kept.

Work through those panic attacks.

And stop saying "it's not meant to be"

Because everyone deserves to feel seen.
