Looking Down

Disappointment, failure

The name gets scarier

From best to average

Then average to worst

Before long went

Back to where I was

Tried so hard

But what pulls me back

What talent, what knowledge

What fortune do I lack?

Such a disgrace

For my family

The thought held me back

To give up easily

Cause just trying

Is never fun

More of failure

I need none
