‌After a point, you just stop...

You don't complain, you don't whine,

You don't expect and you don't cry...

You give it all to fate and let it decide...

The pain that has been feasting on you,

You let it slide, you just sit in the corner and

Ignore it all because you finally realise

That all this time you were busy screaming and

Being vocal to be heard by people you hope

Would care enough to tell you they love you,

And they did but it's all in vain,

You finally accept that you can only be

Hurt by the people, by the place and

By the life you once loved and you

Don't stop loving, you still do love,

But this time without conditions you do…

This time doesn't beg, because this time

Understand that when change happens,

Good or bad, change stays and remains for the longest time...

And if you're being compared and contrasted

By someone else's past forever,

You become your new present…

Let them all decide which side they take

And don't you dare bat an eyelid or

Feel hopeless because in the end lone wolf

Remains on their side and faces the world without a pack...
