The much awaited Passover, the night of the unleavened bread, Strange smelt the air, like something keeping it in grips. Every moment was unfolding, a meticulous plan executed, As always in power and command, the Master knew it all.

The Upper room was got, with the words, 'The Master needs it', The owner asked no further, he simply handed it in. Andrew brought the bread, baked by Martha's prayerful hands, Wine too was filled, none knew but how, the Master knew it all.

He called us all to sit, spoke of everything he had said, before, From how he'll have to leave them, to what's in store for them. Nothing quite made any sense, but tonight he looked quite sure, We all looked puzzled in fright, but the Master knew it all.

He set his robes aside, took a bowl and a jug in hand, Knelt down and washed our feet, we couldn't behold, but not tell NO. The Son of God, with love profound, did an act, of selfless love, Everything seemed surreal and strange, but the Master knew it all.

He took the unleavened bread, broke it saying, its him, his body, Filling the cup, raising his eyes, he said, drink it's my blood. Dipping with him, he knew our hearts, of desertion and denial, Inspite of it, including the betraying kiss, the Master knew it all.

Thirty pieces of silver, was all he was bartered for, Judas made his deal of sin, unbeknownst of what he had done. He came with the guards, to act in haste, forgetting he had just supped with the lord, A kiss of betrayal was to seal, come Judas he said, for the Master knew it all.
