लाखों चेहरे देखती है आँखें ये...

कौन अपना है और कौन पराया समझने में वक्त तो लगता है

कितनी बार देखा है अपनों को बदलते हुए मैंने...

फिर सोचती हूँ हल्का सा दर्द ये भी चलता है...

इंसान को झूठे फ़साने बनाके क्यों अपना दिल दुखाना है

ये सब मोह-माया से अब कहीं दूर मुझे जाना है...

वो जगह जहाँ मैं और मेरा वक्त होगा....

आँखें देखेंगी ख़ुद को नए रास्ते पर

और जीवन सुकून से मस्त होगा...

पर दूर जाना इतना भी आसान नहीं है ना?

अपनों के साथ की प्यास कभी बुझी है क्या?

मैं तुमसे पूँछु ये सवाल तो कोई जवाब दे सकोगे क्या?

अपने ही सपनो का गला घोट कर....

क्या दूसरो के लिए जीना सही है क्या?

दिन डूब जाता है सोच में मेरा

कैसा कर रखा है दर्द ने ये घेरा

की दुनिया की परवाह करली है मैंने

पर खो दिया उसमे ख़ुद का बसेरा....

अब सोच में रह कर भी क्या हासिल होगा

जब दिल हमेशा एक साज़िश में होगा

मैंने ख़ुद को और अपनों को हमेशा तोड़ा है

इसीलिए शायद ख़ुद भगवान ने मुझे इस दर्द से जोड़ा है

लेकिन हार-हार कर भी कोई कितना हारेगा...

भगवान भी हस कर कुछ तरस तो खा लेगा..

पर अब तो सोचने में भी डर सा लगता है

जाने क्यों इस दिल अब बस दर्द ही बसता है

क्या मैंने ख़ुद को इस तरह खोया है

की मेरा मन हर वक्त चुप होकर रोया है

मेरी खामोशी में वो आवाज़ आज भी है

कितने दिनों से प्यार की प्यास भी है

पर मन का ना हुआ तो वो अच्छा होगा

जो सोचा वो हो जाए तो जीवन कच्चा सा होगा

थोड़ा वक़्त तो हर चीज़ में लगता है,

मगर उस वक़्त को काटना मुश्किल पड़ता है

अब भगवान से भी मुस्कुरा कर कह देती हूँ

"आप जो करोगे सही होगा, मेरे सोचने से आपका भी दिल दुखेगा"

पर भगवान को मंदिर में जाके पूजने से पहले

क्या मन में विचार आता है?

कैसे कोई अपना मन को तोड़ कर हमसे दूर चला जाता है

पर उसमे भी भगवान का मन होगा..

ये कह कर खुदको तसल्ली दे लेते है

पर घाव जो रह गया है दिल में

उसकी हालत से मन भर जाता हैं

मैं पूछती हूँ क्या यही जीवन है ?

इंसान जो हमेशा खुशियों में जीता है

एक उमर आने के बाद क्यों बस वो रोता है ?

सच कहु तो शायद इसका कोई जवाब नहीं है

और जवाब की इस हद्द तक आ कर उसकी आस भी नहीं है

मैं कहती हूँ यही जीवन है...

जो हज़ारों खुशियों से घिरा है

पर कुछ पलों में जो गम लोगो ने सहा है

वो हमेशा हर ख़ुशी पे हावी रहा है

पर कहानी के अंत में सब सही हो जाएगा

हम लेखक है जनाब

हमारा कल हमारी कलम से ही आयेगा.

क्या यही जीवन है?

हाँ यही जीवन है.
