Show me kindness,

With no word of sarcasm,

Show me kindness,

By leaving me alone with my idealism,

Words of discourage,

Left me in rage,

But I’m turning the page,

Acting fitly with my age,

But the scar remained,

On the heart that got maimed,

People, what did you gain?

With words that inflicted pain?
