“It’s too cold out there!

Let me feel your breath, under these sheets.

Say my name.

I’d bite an ear or two.

Later we can go swim in the coldest lake, naked.

And repeat the same.




Let’s heel and heal.

And call ours a kashmiri tale.

For us to reminicse”, whispered the poet.

To the woman caring him.

His long lost love, for a brief moment.

She heard him, till his voice waned.

Cos she’ll hear him.

Only ones.
