So many things to look at, what view should I take;

Yours or mine, or is it all the same?

Right or wrong, is that what the fight is all about;

Or does it go deeper, that even our souls begin to shout?

The heart says yes while the mind says no;

And between these two our sorrows just grow,

To accept or deny the parts that we see;

Do we even have the courage to just let things be?

Swirling and unfolding, slowly the realities change;

And that becomes the truth what we once found strange,

What's real, what's not, I no longer claim to know;

Except that yours and mine are part of the same whole.
