Phir sab shayad itni asaani se na chin jaata

Zindagi mei phir shayad koi kami na hoti

Aankhon mei shayad yun nami na hoti

Jo bhi door hota wo phir paas aa jaata

To sab kuch shayad aise na bikhar jata

Awaazein aur pukaarein khaali laut kar nai aati

Tum dar mei waqt kisi ka haath saath paati

Bin matlab ke koi mere bhi saath hota

Kaash tasveere bol sakti aur waqt laut kar aata

Dil kam dukhta, bharosa kam toota karta

Har imtehaan mei koi mere bhi sath hota

Kaash tasveere bol sakti aur waqt laut kar aata

Tab shayad koi bhi khud ko kabhi akela na paata
